My latest WORKOUT ROUTINE (quarentine edition).

Today I want to share with you my latest workout routine in quarantine. It has been tough times lately for everyone, and we all are trying to figure out the right way to get through this phase. It is good to know that a lot of people took this opportunity to start working out! Exercise plays a good role in maintaining a good immune system. I will show the exercises I have been doing through photos at the same time that I will write how many sets and reps next to it.

#1 - SQUATS

3 sets x 20 reps

 

Don't forget to keep your back straight during whole exercise. That is important and applicable to all next exercises so you don't injure yourself.

#2 - FRONTAL KNEE ELEVATION

3 sets x 20 reps

*Repeat the exercise for both legs

*Back straight

#3 - SQUATS

3 sets x 15 reps

#4 - LATERAL KNEE ELEVATION

3 sets x 15 reps

*Repeat the exercise for boths legs

*Back straight

#5 - ABDOMINAL ALTERNATING

3 sets x 15 reps

#6 - ABDOMINAL CENTERED ELEVATION

3 sets x 15 reps

*Back straight

#7 - PULSED LEG LIFT

3 sets x 20 reps

* Repeat the exercise for both legs

#8 - BAR LIFT WITH UPPER BODY INCLINATION

3 sets x 20 reps

#9 - STRAIGHT-UP BAR LIFTING

3 sets x 20 reps

#10 -FRONTAL WEIGHT LIFTING

3 sets x 20 reps

#11 - FRONTAL WEIGHT PUSHING

3 sets x 20 reps

#12 - WEIGHT MOVING IN AN 8 FORM

3 sets x 15 reps

#13 - LATERAL DUMBBELL ELEVATION

3 sets x 20 reps

*Repeat the exercise for both arms

#14 - "AROUND THE WORLD" DUMBBELL LATERAL ELEVATION

3 sets x 20 reps

#15 - FRONTAL DUMBBELL ELEVATION

3 sets x 20 reps

* Repeat the exercise for both arms
